Billy III, the founder of Keystone Builders, was born into the construction trade, inheriting a legacy of craftsmanship from a long line of construction workers. Immersed in all facets of construction from a young age, Billy assisted his father with various projects, including framing, masonry, and painting.
Billy officially began his construction career in 2019 as a draftsman after earning a bachelor’s degree from Campbell University. After two years of gaining experience, he began overseeing projects alongside his father. In 2023, he obtained his contractor’s license and established Keystone Builders.
Now, Billy works closely with clients during the design process, drawing the blueprints for their projects. His goal is to deliver the best possible product and ensure a smooth and stress-free building process for every client.
Our superintendent, Billy, brings nearly 40 years of industry experience to every project. He meets with clients to review their plans, ideas, and answer any questions they may have. Once the project commences, Billy personally oversees all aspects to ensure everything runs smoothly on schedule, and to the highest degree of craftsmanship. His expertise, knowledge, and attention to detail make him an invaluable asset in turning our clients’ visions into reality.
As the office manager, Theresa is the first point of contact for each of our clients. She gathers all the basic information to get the ball rolling for each project and manages all day-to-day operations within the office.
Melissa is the main point of contact for our clients during the design and building process of their projects. She assists clients with every selection, ensuring their choices align with their budget. With over two decades of industry experience, Melissa’s expertise and knowledge are invaluable. Clients appreciate how easy she is to work with and often stay in touch with her long after their projects are completed.
